We always recommend an ergonomic and movement assessment previous to any of the classes to recommend our patients the most suitable level and the right kind of exercises to tackle specific conditions and aid rehabilitation.
We also offer one to one classes for conditions that require it.
All levels classes:
Pilates : Improve your posture, increase your strength and stability and prevent injuries by addressing imbalances or inefficiency movements. “change comes through movement, movement heals” (Joseph Pilates).
Yoga: positive energy, dynamic and breathing exercises to relax the nervous system. We increase flexibility and body equilibrium to achieve a better mental and physical balance. “Quiet mind, straight back and peaceful heart”.
Functional training: This practice raise body awareness by using intense body weight exercises. Posturology and corporal ergonomy techniques are applied to improve flexibilty and muscle tone as well as joint mobility in an organic and natural way.
